My daughter and I baked a Cherry Cobbler today, and took it with us to a cookout/picnic. It was pretty good! A surprise, because I really had no idea what it would turn out like.
We made it with Splenda, and a brown sugar mix with Splenda. It came out well...
I still have several bags with several quarts apiece with pitted cherries in them--not sure whether to freeze them or not. I might still take a stab at canning them.
It was a good day.
